Delete your account and data

You can delete your Selah account, an app by Zenvix Labs, and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Selah and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

For security, the app may ask you to sign out and sign in again before finishing. Deletion happens immediately.

Without the app, by email

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email tocontato@zenvixlabs.app with the subject“Delete my Selah account”, from the email address registered on the account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, tell us the email used for that sign-in.

We may ask for confirmation to make sure the request is yours. Deletion is completed within 15 days, and we will let you know by email when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile and your access (sign-in with email, Apple or Google).
• Your check-ins, including photos and insights.
• Your Bible reading history.
• Your prayer requests and testimonies.
• Your likes, comments and intercessions, including on other people's posts.
• Your membership in groups.
• Your notices, notification tokens and app usage events.

What may be kept

• Groups you created: if they still have other members, they are handed over to another person in the group and keep existing, with the other members' content. Groups that would be left empty are deleted.
• Technical logs: error and access logs kept by our infrastructure providers for up to 90 days, without the content of your posts.
