Terms of Use

Welcome to Selah, an app by Zenvix Labs. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Selah.

1. What Selah is

Selah helps groups stay consistent in their devotional life: daily check-ins with a photo, an insight and Bible reading tracking, a consistency ranking, time-bound challenges, encouragement between members and a prayer wall. Selah is not a Bible reader and does not replace your church, your leaders or professional support.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Selah.
• The information in your account must be truthful.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your access secure.

3. Groups and invites

Whoever creates a group is its administrator and can invite people by code, link or QR code. Only share invites with people you want in the group. The creator can delete the group, which removes all content posted in it.

The administrator also moderates the group: they review reported posts, deciding whether they stay or go, and can remove posts that do not follow these terms.

4. What you post

You still own the photos, insights, comments and requests you post. By posting, you authorize us to store that content and show it to the members of the group, solely to make the app work.

When posting, you agree not to upload content that:

• is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit;
• exposes other people's data or images without permission;
• is spam, advertising or a scam attempt;
• infringes copyright or third-party rights.

You can delete your posts at any time. Any member can report a post that breaks these rules; it stays hidden until the group administrator reviews it.

The app only lets you share your own check-ins outside of it. Prayer requests may involve sensitive matters: respect the group's trust and do not share outside the app what other people posted inside it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to access data from groups you are not part of, bypass system limits, automate actions or interfere with how the app works. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability

We work to keep Selah running well, but the app is provided “as is”. Interruptions may occur, and features may change or be discontinued. The verse of the day comes from an external source and may be temporarily unavailable.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. Details about what is deleted are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zenvix Labs is not responsible for content posted by users or for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Selah after the update means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and contact
